Green Gordals are big and has a firm and mild flavour. Olives have a high content in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fibre, which makes them not only a delicious tapa but also healthy and nutritive. You can have them by themselves, or on a Mediterranean salad, Russian salad... This gordal olives come in a plain brine and without their stone.
