Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest category olive oil obtained directly from olives by mechanical procedures. It is a smooth and fresh arbequina olive oil, fruity and very pleasant, it reminds to apple and grass, with a slight spiciness at the end. This excellent Arbequina olive oil will enhance the taste of fish and to elaborate sauces and allioli or mayo.
It is collected at the right time for the best point of olive maturity and prepared at cold temperatures. This is all done in a record time avoiding any oxidation. Harvesting time is November – December.
