Black Alium (Black garlic) is a garlic that has been macerated in soya sauce under certain conditions of temperature and humidity to give it a different flavour and texture, keeping all the healthy natural properties of garlic but without the unpleasant properties: black garlic does not repeat on yourself and does not cause bad breath.
