Mouth-watering pack of mixed smoked meats from Asturias, used for making many Spanish stews, as the famous Asturian fabada. In this pack, you will find the exact meats needed for 500g of beans: one large smoked chorizo, one large smoked morcilla, one large piece of salted pancetta and one large piece of lacon. All the meats have been artisanally prepared following the traditional Asturian recipes, and are vacuum packed to keep all the taste and aroma without the need of having them refrigerated, which allows us to put them on the post.
The inclusion of lacon in this pack is a novelty. This valuated meat comes from the pork shoulder, it is used on Galician and Asturian stews, and it is very hard to find in the UK.
