Regañas are a square, bite-size bread snack, originally from Malaga, but can be found in the whole Spain (and now in Scotland too!). They are typically served as an accompaniment to cured meats and charcuterie, cheese, fish conserves, paella and with tapas, specially with ensaladilla rusa.
