Ensaimadas are a traditional Mallorcan pastry that now can be found all across Spain. They are a soft twirled bun generously sprinkled with icing sugar. Proper ensaimadas don´t last long before getting too dry, so if you want to enjoy a real ensaimada you need to travel to Mallorca, but those ensaimadas made by one of the most recognised Spanish pastry brands are close enough to make you happy. Enjoy them for breakfast, or in the afternoon with a cup of tea or coffee.
