- Vinification & Ageing: After complete de-stemming, the grapes are macerated for 48 hours. Fermentation on the skins for 15-18 days at 23º- 27ºC. Bleeding off a portion of red wine juice (18%) prior to malolactic fermentation. Aged on 300L first year French oak barrels for 13 months. Alc.: 14%
