Flores de Carnaval are usually eaten during Carnaval in Spain. Typical from La Mancha, Galicia and Extremadura.
The dough mixture is very similar to crepes, but they are crispy, with a little bit of anise liqueur taste and coated in sugar and cinnamon.
They come in a bag of 12 units.
