This Spanish chorizo is fresh, which means it needs to be cooked before eating it. It´s perfect to cook on a BBQ or on a pan. You can just pan-fry it and serve over a slice of sourdough bread as a tapa. They can also be added to stews and casseroles.
Those chorizos are sweet (which means they are not spicy). They have been elaborated following a traditional recipe and are 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives or colourings added. They are also free of gluten, lactose or soya, and in general, they are free of any ingredient that does not belong on chorizo.
Pork, paprika, salt, garlic and natural casing. Keep refrigerated. Cook before eating.
