Imagine no more! Just get those Spanish croquettes, fry them in very hot oil (at least 180C), and enjoy this famous and delicious Spanish tapa, that tastes even better with a bit of allioli.

How to cook:
Deep fry in hot oil (180C) between 3.5 minutes and 4 minutes until the surface is golden. It´s recommended not to fry more than 10 units at the same time to prevent the oil temperature cool down. Let rest for a minute.
If after frying they are still frozen on the inside, it means that your oil was too hot. But they can still be ‘saved’! Heat them up on the oven at 180C for 2 or 3 minutes until they are completely cooked.
