Breadcrumbs (pan rallado) is an essential but hard to find ingredient in traditional Spanish cooking. It is used in several deep-fried recipes: croquettes, flamenquines, filetes rusos… This is the gluten-free version made by Gallo, one of the most important producers in Spain.
Ingredients:
Corn starch, corn flour, salt, stabilisers (guar gum, hidroxipropilmetilcelulose, xantan gum), gasifier (sodium acid carbonate), sugar, preservative (potassium sorbate). water, yeast.
