Gordals are firm, plump olives meaty with a mild flavour. Those come in a plain brine and with their stone in to maximize their natural taste.
This is a large can, usually purchased for catering, but also suitable for the real olive lovers! The olives will last up to the expiry date, even if the can is open, as long as they are covered in their own brine. The shelf life of a can is 2 or 3 years.
