Black Label Iberico Ham, known as Pata Negra in Spanish, is the finest of all Iberico Ham. The highest standard of breeding, diet and exercise is required to match the qualification to become “Iberico De Bellota”. From 100% Iberico pig, free-range and exclusively acorn feed, each piece has been cured for at least 48 months. It has an intensely rich flavour and a delicate soft texture; this Iberico Ham melts in your mouth and the fat on the Jamon has a gentle creamy texture which contrasts with the rich meat. It is also considered as the healthiest animal fat in the world. The craft of Iberico Ham is steeped in Spanish history, tradition and love. You can really taste it in every Pata Negra.
This product is hand-carved by our cutter masters and packed under controlled conditions of temperature and hygiene, so it can be kept outside the fridge before opening (in a fresh and dry place) and can be safely sent to over the post.
