Feel the best taste of the Iberian lomito. This is the finest Spanish cured lomito you can find: from acorn feed Iberian pork (which means it comes from free-range pigs acorn feed only), has the authentic taste of Spain. Sliced and packed under controlled conditions of temperature and hygiene, this loin can be kept outside the fridge before opening (in a fresh and dry place) and can be safely sent to on the post.
Very similar to cured lomo (loin), lomito is cured presa ibérica – the juicy part of the meat that is between the pig´s shoulder blades. It requires to be cured for at least 4 months. The result is a cured meat that is very well infiltrated with fat, for a richer taste than cured lomo but with a less delicate bouquet.
