Ingredients:
Rice, water, Paella Valenciana stock (20%): (chicken (25%), salt, natural aroma, natural colourant, garlic (1%), tomato (0.5%), natural spices, paprika, curcumin, saffron), rabbit (6%), sunflower oil, green bean (3%), chicken (2%), garrafó (2%). It may contain traces of crustaceans, fish and molluscs. Keep at room temperature in a fresh and dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator a maximum of 3 days or in the freezer in a suitable container for a maximum of one month.Cooking Method:
Oven (recommended):
- Preheat the oven to 190 C, with the fan on if possible.
- Pour the contents of the can into a paella pan (32 cm diameter). Put on to heat.
- Bring to boil and add the rice. Stir to distribute the rice over all the pan.
- Keep 3 minutes in high heat
- Place it in the middle of the oven and cook for 14 minutes. It is recommended to carefully shake the pan to even the rice when 10 minutes left.
- Leave to stand for 3 minutes and enjoy! It is recommended to mix the rice for a uniform cook point.
Hob:
- Pour the contents of the can into a paella pan (32 cm diameter). Put on to heat. If you are using a pan with a bigger diameter, the water may be consumed more quickly, so you can add up to 150 ml of water.
- Bring to boil and add the rice. Stir to distribute the rice over all the pan.
- Keep 1 minute in high heat then 16 minutes in very low heat. Remove from the hub.
- Leave to stand for 3 minutes and enjoy!
