Miel Olé with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This honey is artisanally elaborated in the Alberche Valley in Avila, Spain, where bees find the flower´s pollen to create honey. After extracting the golden liquid from the honeycombs, the natural honey is filtered through decanting deposits to eliminate and impurity. Once the product is finally extracted and cleaned, the extra virgin olive oil is blended. This adds an extra of flavour, but also great nutritional properties!
This honey is perfect and delicious as it comes, but it is also a great cooking ingredient that will add a delicious and original twist to your recipes. You can pair it with cheeses, meats or salads. Or just spread it on toasted bread to start your day full of energy and flavour!
