Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Montemayor is an extra virgin olive oil produced in Jaen. It presents a not so intense profile as with the early harvest extra virgin olive oil. With fruity hints and a more mature taste, picual olive oil is strong, peppery and spicy. The olives have been collected on their optimal stage of maturation and it´s presented in a beautiful 500ml glass bottle. Molino de Montemayor is an extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked picual olives and filtered and clarified using natural methods. It can be used as cooking olive oil but it´s also perfect to use it raw, on salad dressing, marinades or over a toasted baguette for a tasty and healthy Spanish-style breakfast.
