Supremo is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil obtained by mechanical procedures and cold extraction. This olive oil is presented in a non-transparent bottle to preserve the content from external agents.
Supremo is an extra virgin oil called “early harvest olive oil”. We called it “Early harvest” due to olives are harvested a month early, obtaining a fruitier and impassioned olive oil. Supremo is harvested following the strictest measures related to harvesting, transport and reception. During all process, Supremo’s team carries out a stern decision making regarding milling, extremely monitoring the three enemies of olive oil: oxygen, light and temperature. We get this “Impassioned green” olive oil by a cold process under 21ºC.
At first sight we appreciate Supremo intense green colour typical of early harvest. This colour comes with a fruity impassioned smell with characteristic aromas of olive, tomato plant, fresh cut grass and almond as main scents. At tasting, Supremo continues being intense does not losing its fruity flavour and strengthen its smell at nose. Supremo is even more interesting at the palate, where it is easily detected the perfect harmony between bitterness and spicy, and soft and smooth taste.
