El Taller Gastronomico is a pheasant pate enlivened by the addition of a little truffle and Port. Comes with the addition of truffle and a little Armagnac. Delicious on hot toast, and very easy to serve at home. The tin can be opened at the top and at the bottom, allowing to take out the pate and serve it on a dish while keeping its shape.
