Two-times awarded with the World Cheese Awards, Iberico cheese Conde Duque is elaborated with raw milk from sheep, cow and goat, and cured for at least 180 days. It presents a fully developed flavour, intense but not too strong, persistent and defined thanks to its rich mix of three kinds of raw milk, with the presence of cellar aromas.
