Escalivat is a roasted pepper salad traditional from Catalonia. A very similar version of it can be found in Western Andalucía, where it is called pimentá, and it is usually mixed with tuna.
Serve as it comes, hot or cold, mixed with tuna, as part of a green salad, or as a side for meats and fish.
