The fastest and easiest way to make a traditional Crema Catalana. Nobody will tell the difference!

Preparation method:

  1. Mix 250ml of cold milk and one sachet of Royal Crema Catalana. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat 500ml of milk in a saucepan. Suggestion: add a lemon rind and a cinnamon stick for more flavour.
  3. Once the milk is boiling, add the mix and reduce the heat.
  4. Stir constantly for 1 - 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
  5. Pour the Crema Catalana into the serving bowls and wait until is cold.
  6. Suggestion: cover the Crema Catalana with sugar and burn it with a kitchen blowtorch.


Sugar, corn starch, salt, flavourings, colourants (curcumin, norbixin from annatto). It may contain wheat and milk.
