Very aromatic red, you would be able to easily pick black fruits, cherries and herbal notes

Palate:

Very elegant and very complex berries flavours that developed from juicy to dry and spicy notes in the finish. Its good acidity level provides a great structure to the wine and it is a perfect canvas for the mineral notes that will be able to pick from start to finish

You would like it if you like:

Southern French wines, Malbec, and Syrah.

Serving recommendations:

Serving temperature 15-17 C rice dishes, poultry , cured meats and medium matured cheeses.

Winemaking process:

The grapes are sourced from old vines, which provide a very concentrated fruit, and the wine is matured for 10 months in concrete vats that instead of providing flavours contribute to create more pronounced and complex fruity flavours
