Manchego cheese is produced in La Mancha, Spain. It is made only from manchego sheep´s milk and has the Manchego D.O. seal of authenticity.
A classic cheese from pure manchego sheep’s milk carrying the Queso Manchego Denominacion de Origen – a guarantee of authenticity and quality known throughout the world. Matured for approximately 6 months for a firm texture and fully developed flavour.
Semi cured Campoman Manchego Cheese has been cured for a minimum of three months and is made from 100% pasteurised milk, for a firm texture and fully developed flavour.

100% pasteurises Manchego sheep’s milk, salt, stabilizer: calcium choride, preservative lysozyme (egg derivative), rennet milk and fermentes. Inedible rind (E-235 and E-202).
