A very unique Spanish vinegar, Pedro Ximenez Balsamic Vinegar is made from the Pedro Ximenez variety of white grape. Also used to distill a delicious Sherry, this Sweet Pedro Ximenez Balsamic Vinegar is aged for 12 years in antique oak American barrels. The result is a thick, dark, sweet vinegar, very aromatic with hints of nuts and figs. Use in salads, drizzled over strawberries, or to season dark meats.
