Sobrasada sausages El Crisol are made with fresh meat from local farm black pigs, grown with natural products. El Crisol only uses selected meats and combines it with the best paprika and sea salt. Then the sausage is cured to perfection until it becomes savoury, tender and delicious. A great sobrasada with a spicy touch to please the most exigent palates.
This sausage is vacuum packed to preserve its taste and aroma while keeping it safer when shipped.

Once open, keep in a fresh and dry place, and consume within two weeks. If you think you may need to keep it longer, keep it in the fridge up to 6 months, but take it out 15 minutes before using to allow it to recover its properties.
