Tomato marmalade is a sweet, unspiced tomato preserve, used in Spain to keep the summer harvested tomatoes for long periods of time. This tomato marmalade has been prepared on the most traditional way, with a 55% of tomato and sugars, with no other spices or lemon juice added.
This tomato marmalade makes an excellent partner to salty cheeses or charcuterie. It can be used by itself, spread on a french bread toast or crackers, or on an avocado toast for a fancy breakfast or brunch.
