Manzanilla olives are usually served as table olives, and they are mild in flavour. The olive oil is also mild and smooth to taste, not as bitter or spice as picual or hojiblanca, but a bit more complex than arbequina. Very well balanced, this is an excellent quality extra virgin olive oil, which can be used for cooking, baking, or to enhance the flavour of vegetables, meat and fish. This olive oil is unfiltered, meaning that it is a bit thicker and not so clear in colour.
