El Taller Gastronomico wild boar pate with truffle and Armagnac is made using wild boar and pork liver. Comes with the addition of truffle and a little Armagnac. Delicious on hot toast, and very easy to serve at home. The tin can be opened at the top and at the bottom, allowing to take out the pate and serve it on a dish while keeping its shape.
Wild boar meat 25%, lean pork liver, pork fat, milk, eggs, truffle 3%, Armagnac 1%, salt, white pepper, stabiliser E450 and preservative E250.
