Description
Wine Roscos are a biscuit-like treat in the family of mantecados and polvorones. These are circular in shape and made with the addition of wine, which gives them a stronger and very distinctive flavour. As it´s ussual in most Spanish Christmas biscuits, they are spiced with cinnamon, aniseed, sesame and a gentle covering of icing sugar round of the deliciousness perfectly, making them a Christmas favourite!
